What's Not Covered
To be transparent, our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:
- Chemical spills (oil, fuel, solvents, cleaning agents)
- Physical damage from vehicle impacts or dragging
- Third-party actions or vandalism
- Natural disasters or extreme weather events
- Surface movement, cracking, or subsidence
- Normal wear in high-traffic areas beyond expected lifespan
Making a Warranty Claim
If you notice an issue with our work:
- Contact us within 7 days of noticing the problem
- Provide photos of the affected area
- We'll schedule an inspection within 5 business days (metro areas)
- Valid claims are remedied at no cost to you
